THIS EQUITABLE ESTATE made on this the thirteenth day of the fourth month of the two-thousand and twenty fourth year of the Lord, by and between Kevinjohn Lovelidge Private American State National of The United States of America and The UNITED STATES Inc. et. al., and all parties thereof:
WHEREAS Implied grantors as progenitors, parentage, progenitors, nativity mother and father of testator, testatrix, ancestors, parentage, and legacy, testators/testatrix, and donors: In substance creators, grantors, Hereinafter jointly “Grantors”
On the thirtieth day of the fourth month of the one-thousand and sixty third year of the Lord, On this day of nativity, in the first moment of his first breath, newborn Baby Boy, Christian Name Kevinjohn Larkins, known now as “Kevinjohn Lovelidge” of the natural birth father, here after “Grantee”, his natural body, flesh and blood, living breathing existing, sentient, physical merger if hereditary biology of his natural parents and their legacies, soul, mind and spirit, a private American national, Native Pennsylvanian, now a Pennsylvanian of the United States within Estate Trust.

ARTICLE II: ASSETS OF THE GRANTOR

ARTICLE III: TRUSTS
SECTION: 3.01 REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST: SHOULD THE Grantor become incapacitated or pass away, the appointed Trustee will manage and distribute the trust property for the benefit of the newborn child of the newborn child.
SECTION: 3.02 EDUCATIONAL TRUST: Details of a trust designed to fund the child’s education.
SECTION: 3.03 SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST: If the child has or develops any special needs, this trust will ensure they receive proper care without interfering with any potential government benefits.
ARTICLE IV: GUARDIANSHIP
SECTION 4:01 If both parents pass away, the named Guardian will be responsible for the child’s personal care. This should be someone trusted and willing to accept this responsibility.
SECTION 4:02 The named Conservator will manage the child’s financial matters, if both parents pass away. This can be the same as or different from the Guardian(s).
ARTICLE V: BENIFICIARY DESIGNATIONS
SECTION 5:01 Naming the child as the beneficiary on life insurance policies, via trust and other payable transfer on death accounts, via AAAFMA.
ARTICLE VI: POWERS OF ATTORNEY
